Shipping Policy

At Genzy America, we use a print-on-demand model to ensure high-quality, custom-made products for our customers. This means your products are printed specifically for you once an order is placed.

1. Processing & Production Time

Since every item is made to order, please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order is shipped. Most orders are processed within 3 business days.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times depend on your location and the specific print provider handling your order:

  • USA Shipping: Estimated 3–7 business days after production.

  • International Shipping: Estimated 10–30 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.

Note: Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.

3. Multiple Shipments

If you order different types of products (e.g., a T-shirt and a Mug), they may be fulfilled by different print providers. In this case, your items may arrive in separate packages and at different times. You will receive a separate tracking number for each shipment.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Genzy America is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Incorrect Address

We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping details before finalizing your purchase. If a package is returned to the print provider due to an incorrect address, a reshipment fee may apply.

7. Damaged or Lost Items
